Every plan is billed in US dollars. Other currencies are shown at an indicative rate so you can see roughly what a seat costs. Rates as of 2026-08-30.
Prices exclude tax. Canadian GST, HST and QST, US state and local sales and telecommunications taxes, and any regulatory levies applying where you are, are added to your invoice. How billing works
What counts as a minute
Calls to and from the outside world. Calls between colleagues never touch the phone network, so they are not counted at all.
The spend ceiling
A monthly cap on each plan, which you can move. It exists because a stolen login dialling premium numbers overnight is the expensive failure in this business. Outgoing calls stop; incoming calls keep arriving.
How you start
We set up your numbers, your hours and your first menu with you, then hand you the controls. It is usually a short conversation, and what starting looks like is spelled out below.
If you leave
Your numbers port out to whichever provider you choose, and we will not obstruct it or charge for it. Ask within thirty days of the end and we will give you a copy of your data before deleting it.
What starting looks like.
There is no form that turns into a working phone system. This is what happens instead, in the order it happens.
The first call
You tell us how many people answer the phone, which numbers you have and who should take which kind of call. We pick the plan together, including if that is the cheapest one.
Numbers and porting
A new number is ours to attach. A number you already have ports in from your current provider: that needs a signed letter of authorization, a recent bill, and the account number and service address exactly as they appear on it. Keep the old service active until the number has arrived, because a cancelled number can be reassigned.
Your hours and your menu
From your opening hours, your holidays and who answers what, we build your first menu with you, starting from one of the ready-made ones, in French and in English if you serve both. You keep the editor afterwards.
A test call
Before anything is switched over, we call the number with you: once during your hours, once outside them, and once with nobody free, so you hear what a caller hears and we fix what is wrong.
Go-live
A new number is live the moment the menu is published. A ported number switches over on the day the port completes, and your old line carries calls until then. From there the hours, the menu, the people and the roles are yours to change without calling us.
How long: with new numbers, usually a few business days from the first call, most of it spent on your hours and your menu. A number you are keeping takes as long as your current provider takes to release it, which we do not control, and nothing is switched over until it has arrived.
What to have ready
The numbers you want to keep, and a recent bill from the provider that has them. We prepare the letter of authorization with you.
Your opening hours, and the days you close.
Who answers what: which people take sales, service and billing calls, and what should happen when nobody is free.
What you want callers to hear first, in each language you serve. An existing recording is fine; our converter puts it in the right format.
A computer and a headset for each person who answers. The phone is a browser tab or the Windows app; there is nothing to install on a desk phone.
About recording.
Both sides are recorded separately. The company sets the rule, not each person: always, the person’s choice, or never, plus whether the person answering may stop one that is already running.
Moving to a plan without recording stops new ones being made. It never removes access to recordings you have already made.
Whether you may record at all is settled before the plan is: is it legal to record a call in Quebec?
Not sure which one?
Tell us how many people answer the phone and how many numbers you need, and we will tell you which plan fits, including if that is the cheapest one.
Prices shown are list. Nothing on this page charges a card, because accounts are set up by hand today.
Questions people ask
How much does Ringfully cost per person?
A seat is one person who can sign in and answer calls, and a seat costs $29, $49 or $79 a month depending on the plan. Prices are in US dollars, and there is no minimum number of seats, so you pay for the people who actually answer the phone.
What is included in a seat?
Minutes, texts and phone numbers, up to the allowance the table above shows for that plan. Calls between colleagues never touch the phone network, so they are not counted at all. Past the allowance you pay per unit, and the rate drops as the plan grows.
Is there a contract, and how does billing work?
Billing is monthly and there is no minimum term. The table above also has an annual option, billed for a year up front at a lower price per seat. Nothing on this page charges a card, because accounts are set up by hand today, so there is no automatic renewal sitting behind the price.
What happens when I add or remove someone?
Seats are the thing you are billed for, so the number of people you keep is the number you pay for. There is no minimum, and each plan holds up to a set number of seats, which is a row in the table above. Because accounts are set up by hand today, adding or removing someone is an email to us rather than a form.
What is the spend ceiling?
A monthly cap on what your outgoing calls can run to, $200, $1,000 or $5,000 by default depending on the plan, and you can move it. It is there because a stolen login dialling premium numbers overnight is the expensive failure in this business. Once the cap is reached outgoing calls stop, and incoming calls keep arriving.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We set up your numbers, your hours and your first menu with you, and that is part of starting rather than a line on an invoice. It is usually a short conversation, and you keep the controls afterwards.

How it works underneath
Every price, allowance and ceiling on this page is read from the same file that bills you, and a test reads that file on every build and fails when the two disagree. Nothing here is retyped.
Recording is dual-channel, each side captured on its own track, under one company-level policy: always, the person’s choice, or off. Plan gating is prospective only: a plan without recording stops new recordings and never touches the ones already made.
Leaving: there is no single export of a whole account. While you are a customer, an administrator can download everything held about one person, a caller or someone on your team, as a JSON file or section by section as CSV, with call and voicemail audio listed rather than included. The audit log downloads as CSV, and on Pro and Business the API reads your calls, contacts and messages. Anything wider is a copy we prepare by hand when you ask.
